PROGRAM 1

AIPA Elite Dictation

The AIPA Elite Spelling Bee is a program designed to promote excellence in written French while developing students’ language skills. Through preparation activities, workshops, and friendly competitions, participants improve their spelling, grammar, and vocabulary. The AIPA Elite Spelling Bee encourages perseverance and pride in mastering the French language, while celebrating the achievements of young learners.

The AIPA Library

The AIPA Library is an initiative that aims to develop a love of reading among children and young people from immigrant backgrounds. Through a diverse selection of books adapted to different ages and levels, this program encourages discovery, French language learning, and vocabulary enrichment. The AIPA Library offers families access to educational resources that promote academic success and personal development.

PROGRAM 3

AIPA Reading Room

The AIPA Reading Room is a friendly space where children, young people and their families come together to share the taste of reading. Through reading sessions, discussions, book presentations and interactive activities, participants develop their understanding, oral expression and self-confidence. This program also promotes intercultural exchanges and strengthens ties within the community.

PROGRAM 4

AIPA Maths Floor

AIPA Maths Floor is an academic support program designed to help students succeed in mathematics based on the Alberta curriculum. Through personalized guidance, hands-on activities, and grade-appropriate practice, children strengthen their understanding of the math concepts taught in school. Our goal is to build confidence, enhance problem-solving skills, and support academic success in a positive and encouraging learning environment.

My Voice, My Story

To allow children and pre-teens to share their experiences, challenges and successes in a safe and caring environment.
